Academic and research staff

The Whittle Laboratory is part of Cambridge University Engineering department. We have academic staff, research staff and fellows, PhD students, support staff and technicians. We also have several industry visitors, and visitors from other academic institutions such as MIT. The lab maintains a collegiate culture through regular seminar days and social occasions, as well as twice-daily coffee time for all.

Our people

The Whittle lab is one of the largest turbomachinery laboratories in the world. We have engineers and scientists from all over the world working here.
